Construction
Housings will be built with well-established and high-quality construction materials. The base is a combination of concrete and brick, while the inside walls will be 4-layer gypsum walls. Classic Mediterranean roof tiles will be used for roof and TPO system will be used for the flat parts of the roof. All other construction procedures and materials will follow the highest standards for construction.
All windows and glass walls will be built-in and with electro-powered ALU roller shutters. All bedroom windows will also have mosquito nets. Entrance will have ALU safety doors.
Interior doors will be hardwood made and built-in with highly elegant Inline technique. Door handles will be in neutral design made by I. class German manufacturer.
Terrace, balconies, and stairway will have safety glass fence.
Technology and equipment
Cooling/Heating
The air source heat pump will be built-in to provide warm water and comfy heating in the wintertime via floor heating system in all rooms and areas. Cooling will be provided by air condition units in all rooms.
Sockets/Switches
Neutral design equipment in silver or white from Panasonic range will be used.
Swimming pool
All units will have private swimming pools. Surface of the pool will be in I. class French foil with a special design to create a beautiful turquoise water effect. Water in the pool can be heated via air source heating pump.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms will be equipped with walk-in showers (with regular and rain shower system), hidden flushing system, rimless toilets, bidets, and countertop basins. The equipment will be chosen from I. class German manufacturers, such as Grohe, Hansgrohe, and Villeroy&Boch.
Built-in preparations
Both villas will have built-in additional preparations for future residents to be able to easily upgrade their new home to their personal technology desires:
